RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At CLUB BIEBER, we want you to have a positive shopping experience. For this reason, we offer returns and/or refunds only for products that are expressly identified as eligible for return or refund on the product page or during the checkout process.

1. Return Request Period

Customers have a maximum of 5 business days from the date their order is delivered to request a return or refund for an eligible product.

Requests submitted after this period may be denied, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

2. Eligible Products

Not all products available at CLUB BIEBER are eligible for returns or refunds.

Eligibility will be clearly stated on the product page or in the applicable purchase terms.

Products that are not expressly identified as eligible for return or refund will be considered non-returnable, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Return Conditions

To be considered for a return, the product must:

• Match the item included in the original order.
• Be in suitable condition for return.
• Not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer, where such a condition is permitted based on the nature of the product.
• Include, where applicable, its original tags, accessories, and packaging.

CLUB BIEBER reserves the right to inspect the condition of a returned product before approving a return when necessary.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged due to shipping, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs or videos of the item to verify the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

These cases will be reviewed individually and handled in accordance with applicable warranties and consumer protection laws.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, you must contact us within 5 business days after delivery.

Your request should include:

• Full name.
• Order number.
• Product you wish to return.
• Reason for the request.
• Photos or videos of the product, when necessary.

After receiving your request, we will review the information and provide instructions regarding whether the return is eligible and how to proceed.

Please do not send any product back before receiving return instructions from CLUB BIEBER.

6. Return Shipping Costs

When a return is approved, we will inform you in advance who is responsible for the return shipping costs, depending on the reason for the return and the applicable product conditions.

If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, or an issue attributable to CLUB BIEBER, return shipping costs will be handled as applicable.

7. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, when technically possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

8. Exchanges

Product exchanges are not generally available.

An exchange may only be offered when the purchased product is expressly identified as eligible for an exchange, or when required due to a defective or incorrect product or another applicable legal obligation.

9. Non-Returnable Products

Products identified as "Not Eligible for Return or Refund" cannot be returned due to personal preference, size, color, taste, or change of mind, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and the applicable return procedure may need to be followed instead.
